摘要：Problems in scientific writing is on the analysis of differential accounting.Where one of the important function of management is planning. Managementplanning is faced in making decisions among different alternatives. In this paperthe author tries to provide information useful to the management of PTKAHATEX as a basis for evaluation in the decision to sell or process further byusing differential accounting analysis based on data analysis in January 2006.Dilakaukan data processing in order to analyze the impact of both decisions,which are sold directly or further process a product. These decisions can directlyaffect the reporting of L / R. To be able mewujutkan this writing, the authorconducted a field study to the company and to collect data through interviews tothe management of PT KAHATEX associated with this writing.. The authorsuggested to the management of PT KAHATEX to take decisions furtherprocess these products.
