摘要：Implementation of Enterprise Certification for construction consultant is anabundance of authority from the Institute of Construction Service DevelopmentAgency (LPJKN) to the National Association of Indonesian Consultants(INKINDO). SBU publishing process is conducted in the Board of NationalMembers Certification (BSAN) with the help of a application i.e. SIMJAKONsystem (Management Information System Construction Service). This researchconsists of the analysis JAKON license application in the publishing BSANcertificate consultancy services enterprises construction. SIMJAKON which hasbeen applied in this BSAN there were still shortcomings in the form of operatingsystem support, does not fulfill a predetermined condition, data redundant, andothers that can inhibit the publishing process SBU. analysis was conductedthrough several stages of knowing the system as a whole, documenting thesystem with UML as a modeling tool, identification the problem using PIECES(Performance, In-formation, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Services) analysis,provides an assessment of the quality system until finally getting a solution thatcan be proposed.
