摘要：Applications that make the author aims to facilitate storage in a computerizedmedical record fine on Pertamedika Clinic Medical Centre in Bogor. Storage ofmedical records are computerized, with good will make data about all patientmedical records will be well-structured and can reduce the mistakes - mistakesthat usually occur. This application also allows reporting of medical record dataon Bogor Medical Centre Clinic Pertamedika from manual to computerized. Inaddition, this course will greatly help the clinic is to be more developed.Parancangan new applications is also supported by several programs, namely theMicrosoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2000 Micrisoft used for data processingand the manufacture of writing this report so prepared, may be applied in thefuture and can be useful for all.
