SERVICE cadets engaged in courier services that require pengelohan dataquickly and accurately, in order to provide information about the administrativerecords data on new customers and looking back customer data has long beenlisted still require quite a long time as well as loss of customer data due to datasaved quite a lot. The concept of a database that is used is the Relationaldatabase model. In designing the database using the ERD as a major datamodeling tools that will help organize the data into the entity and determine therelationship between entities and normalization as a guide in designingrelational databases. User application programs can deliver instant results, justthe sender of data processing, safe to store the data, the report transaction datapengirimann goods and receipt of goods or receipt to be given to the customer.
