摘要：Stores XYZ is a company engaged in the trade who sell and buy spare parts ofmotorcycles. The company is still using manual system for the sale or purchaseof goods. Manually operated system will take a long, slow data processing ascompared with the already computerized, and often found weaknesses in itsimplementation, such as less efficient in recording sales and purchases as well asinaccurate reporting of sales and purchases are presented. The demand forincreasing the motor spare parts to make the store owners have difficulty inprocessing the data. Therefore we need a computerized system to overcomeexisting problems in order to facilitate the making of invoices and statements ofsales and purchases and speed up work processes that existed at the XYZ store.
