摘要：This thesis describes the design and implementation of Reservation System atPT Bank DKI developed with a web-based information technology so as toaccelerate the provision of information needed to be more efficiently andquickly. At this time the reservation in PT. Bank DKI such as Meeting Room,ICT Equipment and Travel reservation are performed by using the phone andinclude a memorandum of services. The next activity is to set the meetingschedule and it is recorded manually using the whiteboard, this condition has arisk of human errors in scheduling meetings. For the solution of this problem,the required reserve system resources by utilizing the Internet using a web-basedinterface facility that replaces the dynamic function of the phone to makereservation. Each user and manager of the relevant work units that will takeadvantage of this system can access it via the Internet browser, and not tied toplace and time because the system can be accessed online. To reserve a meetingroom users simply select the date and venue for meetings, users of ICTequipment reservations directly choose or write goods and for travel reservationservice, users enter data to be a business trip. After the reservation is in theprocess by the admin, the admin will give the confirmation of the reservation.And to ensure the functioning of this reservation system, the system testprocedures for finding and eliminating errors in the system. To build thisreservation systems use the PHP programming language and MySQL database.
