摘要：Information technology is one of the mostimportant source in a company since it isrelated with the equipping process ofinformations which are required by acompany to run its business.Project activity for explorationmanagement and oil-gas production is themain key in a company because within isneeded many information sources from thedepartments related with planning, action,and supervising the project itself.To solve the problem dealt by thecompany, it implements EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP). This systemcan support company’s business activityby adopting the best SAP R/3 practicewhich is used by many of worldwidecompanies. Project system module is oneof the sub-module in logistic that isconsidered can solve the company’sproblems.By this module, exploration project andgas-oil production can be maintained moreefficient.The result shows that the implementationof system project module on ERP as inSAP R/3 has created an effectivity ofbusiness maintance and improve thecompany’s skill.Even ERP has been implied in thecompany, by applying this module it canimprove the system’s ability to state anintegrated system and real time in itsrelation in project management activity inoil and natural gas field.
