摘要：One technology that can process information quickly, accurately and can reachall parts of the world is the internet. Through the World Wide Web informationis presented in a form more attractive, dynamic and interactive, which is usuallycalled a Homepage or Website, so that people are competing displayinformation in its possession. Under these circumstances, the authors areinterested in creating a website that provides information about global warming.Authors selected the theme of global warming, as currently the most widelydiscussed issues in the world is global warming. Making website uses Joomla1.0.13 web programming language and web servers used to run Joomla isXampp1.5.3.
