摘要：Bhakti Yudha hospital under the auspices of Yayasan Bhakti Yudha which inthe early establishment of a maternity clinic. In 1980 the clinic was turned into apublic hospital with a capacity of 16 beds. And to this day continues to grow sothat hospitals with a capacity of 160 beds. With the growing area of Depok thenthis hospital requires computer-based system at the patient registration. In amanufacturing or development of a system, a lot of images that can be applied tosome form of system design. Like the description in the form of UML diagrams.UML diagram of this technique is widely used. Registration administrationsystem can be developed using UML. Since UML is an innovation that wasfound to facilitate the development of a system, this is already beginning to lookforward with the application of UML in several universities in the world.
