摘要：Someone stepped on adolescents often experience problems due to a crisis ofconfidence caused family problems, problems with the environment, healthproblem or a problem with the opposite sex. Many of those who have troubletelling these problems on others. For that they need the help of a person orinstitution that would solve or help solve their problems Centra Mitra Muda(CMM) is one of the youth center to help teens who try to solve their problems.Most of the teens was consulted about the problems they face through thephone. Form of service is given the name Conseling by Phone. CMM is a youthcenter that is under the auspices of IPPA (Indonesian Planned ParenthoodAssociation) DKI Jakarta. Almost every day CMM receive telephone counselingfrom teenagers who are in Jakarta. From this counseling many cases receivedeach day.
