摘要：The writing is aimed to find out about the Oracle Financial applications (Orafin)at PT. Indonesia Power, the research conducted at PT. Indonesia Power, at JalanAipda KS Tubun No. 8, Jakarta 11420. Samples were taken with data retrievalmethods, through literature studies, field studies, and interviews. The writingwas focused on the financial statements based on computer applications used atPT. Indonesia Power which is a type of Oracle Financial applications, whichconsists of ProTAN (General Ledger), ProTAP (fixed assets), Accounts Payable(AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and ProjectManagement Diploma Diploma (Professional) Degree (ProMOP). The writerdid field study for 15 days, starting from August 13, 2007 to August 31, 2007.PT. Indonesia Power Maintenance Service Business Unit is franchise of PLN(state electricity company) which is engaged in the electricity sector. Thebusiness activities of PT. Indonesia Power Maintenance Service Business Unitare maintenaning electric empowerment. Financial report at PT. IndonesiaPower is prepared using accounting principles and practices generally acceptedin Indonesia or in accordance with SSFA (standard statement of financialaccounting). Financial statements are prepared on the basis of Accrual basis,while cash flow statements (cash basis) are prepared using the direct method byclassifying cash flows in operating, investing, and financing activities.Bibliography (1986-2005)
