摘要：The rapid development has spurred science users and makers of technology tomake rapid patient registration and data can be integrated where more accuratedata collection all of which can not be found on the patient registrationapplications manually. Some centers in Depok, in patient registration are stillusing manual queue. Jaya Abadi health centers which are engaged in publichealth, in making the registration number of patients still using manualattendance, so it will cause hardship to obtain these data and patient data storagethat are less effective. For that the author tries to provide solutions in helpingprocess the queue of patients on clinic services Abadi Jaya, which makes patientenrollment applications using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net and apply them withinthe limits of the serial numbers of patients, patients in the input data, so it willaccelerate the process of patient data.
