摘要：Lately various disasters and extraordinary events such as dengue fever occurredin almost all regions in Indonesia. Even in Jakarta which is the center ofgovernment, dengue fever outbreak could be a great scene (extraordinary). It allhappened because the government was not prepared in handling and acoordinated response to events. Disaster reduction efforts generally consist oftwo things that pre-disaster and post-disaster. As we know, the response topost-disaster costs and would require the allocation of substantial resources.These prevention efforts will be even greater if the community and thegovernment does not have a good system of pre-disaster management.
