Diversity that occurs not only at thetechnical level but also at the level of representation of information. This difference canoccur in syntactic, schematic and semantic level.In CRM systems, complaint data contained in a data warehouse is one example of thediversity of data, to view a customer can give more than one complaint. Because of thisdiversity, it is for the exchange of information between various sources will become anobstacle. To overcome that then developed a method. That method is the Semantic Webusing Ontology approach.
