摘要：The Internet is a network of computer circuits with a series of other computersaround the world. Internet is useful for us to communicate and exchangeinformation, files, data, voice, image and so forth between the individual andmankind throughout the world. Applications of the Internet is Internet Cafes(abbreviated: cafe). Figuring is one type of entrepreneur who rented the internetservices to the public. In Third World countries, internet cafe is a place mostpeople access the Internet. Generally most numerous cafe / scattered mainly inbig cities (provincial capitals, district, and in small towns as service providers toserve the needs of communities in the area in accessing information. Most cafesscattered around the place like a university or high school education . Warnetalso widely available in public places where people socialize like the mall, townsquare, and the like as has been predicted by Mr Bill Gates, Microsoft's our Mr.that one day every home will have a minimum-the lack of a computer and willbe interconnected through the Internet. There are two cafes, known in Indonesiatoday is based on ADSL and Wireless. Bandwidth management of the two cafeswas definitely different, therefore the bandwidth management posts will beremoved from any internet cafe.
