摘要：VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is a communications technology whichoffers facility by telephone or conversation through the medium of the Internetby using Internet Protocol to provide an electronic voice communication andreal-time. In support or facilitate for the telecommunication providers basedVoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) it is made an application of VoIP Billingsystem that can be used to monitor usage, tariff setting (charging), counting thebills (billing) automatically, provide billing reports or CDR (Call Detail Record)to the customer within a period fast, accurate and practical. In VoIP BillingSystem application is the determination of tariff for the customer is madeflexible with many parameter combinations which the main parameter is theduration parameters and other support parameters that is made by customer,namely the destination of calling such as country, city, operators, and then onthe day of conversation (special day), time (peak / off peak). Flexible indetermining the tariff is made to accommodate new needs that might arise alongwith the development of services. VoIP Billing System application has sufficientmanagement applications with the usage of user access levels that could limitthe use of appropriate user with access rights. On VoIP Billing SystemApplication there are four user access levels, namely: admin, management, salesand customers.
