摘要：ABSTRACT :In conducting its activities, the Karunia Bunda clinic uses a computerizedmethod that has the software that supported Foxpro DOS operating system. Butwithin the program, there are still shortcomings that, if necessary to edit, ordelete data common errors in the program. The purpose of this scientific writingis, to make an application program enrollment of patients at Karunia BundaPolyclinic, which is expected to assist the clinic in processing data bycomputerized system using an application program enrollment of patients.
