摘要：ABSTRACT :Scientific Writing aims to create a database as the primary foundation in makinga good application, complete and perfectly coordinated. Database is a databaseintended for the data items and data costumer. As an application to be vieweddirectly in form on-line, the author uses a web scripting languages server-side(PHP) as the application. Here, the author will discuss the steps in creating adatabase for a filling activities in CV. Trimitra Kencana, how to enter theon-line by filling out the data on the Web with applications that have made theauthor, the display form (Interface Design), which contains personal data aboutcustomers, production of goods data, costumer service, making letters andreports for the road events in the company. The author makes the data for theadministrator, so the site can be kept accurate and up to date of the data by theadmin.
