摘要:In the growth and development of business in Indonesia, a lot of companiesselling or producing similar products with different quality in order to meetconsumer needs, to manufacture or sell such products companies need to have astrategy to increase sales proceeds in one form of increased sales proceeds arepromotion. In this case the author examines one of the company Pt. SourceAlfaria Trijaya about how to influence the results of its sales promotion costsand promotion of what type of Pt. Source Alfaria Trijaya in improving the salesproceeds. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the influence of salespromotion costs to the results and analyze the type of promotion by Pt. SourceAlfaria Trijaya.. From the results of research that has been analyzed based onsimple linear regression method is obtained that the effect of promotion costs tothe positive sales results are based on the calculation of correlation coefficientand simple linear regression equation that is when Pt.Sumber Alfaria Trijayapromotion will lead to increase sales results, while based on the calculation ofthe coefficient of determination is found that the effect of sales promotion costsamounted to 2.89%, other factors influenced the rest. While the type ofpromotion by Pt. Trijaya Alfaria source is advertising, sales promotion andpublicity.
