  • 摘要:Satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment that someone receivedafter receiving the service. The background of increasing competition in thefood service sector companies. So that companies can survive and thrive in thesefields, hence maintaining customer satisfaction in service companies is essentialfor the survival of the company. The purpose of scientific research is todetermine the level of consumer satisfaction of A & W Restaurants NewMarket. In this analysis covered five dimensions of service quality determinantsthat influence consumers consisting of analysis, reliability, confidence,responsive, empathy and tangible. With Chi-Square analysis count, 23.6603253greater than 23:54 by the square table 90% confidence level. So reject Ho andHa accepted. That consumers of A & W Restaurants New Market satisfied withthe services provided.
