  • 摘要:ABSTRACT :Satisfaction is a feeling disappointed or pleased that a person is received afterreceiving the results of service performance. potential employers want to knowhow to market their services in that area. In the analysis, discussed the fivedimensions of service quality determinants that influence consumers consistingof the dimensions of reliability, power of arrest, assurance, empathy, andtangibility. By using chisquare analysis of account, where it obtained the fivedimensions of 1171.68 is greater than X2 table 26.30 chi squares with 50%confidence level. Thus, decline of HO and HA, which means consumers receiveVanya salon setting facilities are satisfied with the service and the region hasconsiderable potential in marketing business Vanya salon services.
