摘要：ABSTRACT :In this Scientific Writing Feasibility Study titled Opening of New BranchFiguring MyNet 24 Hours Internet caf. Researchers want to know with certaintywhether a new branch opening plan on figuring MyNet Worthy or Not. Data orvariable are approximate (estimated) income from the assets of existing assets infiguring MyNet for the year 2008 forwards the access road is located at Lot E UiNo.45, Depok. The analysis method is to use methods of Payback Period (PP),the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and ProfitabilityIndex (PI). Results calculated from data obtained by the payback period is 8months 8 days, the Net Present Value (NPV) gives a positive value of Rp.21,606,439.68, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 43.9% with a value greaterthan the lending rate of infestation is determined.
