  • 摘要:ABSTRACT :Job satisfaction is one of the dependent variables are most important inorganizational behavior model. With regard to the problem, in fact many factorsthat affect employees in job dissatisfaction, including reward systems andleadership styles that are considered to motivate employees. PT. Golden agin isone of the companies that have problems of their employees' job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation andleadership style on job satisfaction on PT. Golden agin, to know the relationshipbetween compensation and leadership style on job satisfaction on PT. Goldenagin, and to determine employee job satisfaction on the production of PT.Golden agin. From the calculation results of regression analysis, obtained theequation: Y = 2.450 + 0.267 X1 + 0.522 X2. If the employee compensation andimproved leadership style as much as 100, then the compensation and leadershipstyle have an influence on job satisfaction. For the correlation coefficient values,obtained values of r = 0.98, which means the compensation and leadership styleshave a relationship and very strong pisitif of job satisfaction. Coefficient ofmultiple determination values for the variables X1 and X2 to Y for 96.04% and3.96% for the rest influenced by other factors. Of hypothesis testing knowncalculated t value = 48.75> t table = 1.661, then there exists a positiverelationship between compensation and leadership style on job satisfaction.
