摘要:To meet consumer equation, the company should hold a large calculation ofpromotion to increase sales results. The company could find out how big thepromotion shold be done to increase product selling by calculating thepromotion before, so the company can design a promotion in selling YKKproducts. To find out the influence of promotion with sales result, the writerused, regression equations and correlation. Of all the explanations above, thewriter entitled this research as PROMOTION EFFECT IN SELLINGPRODUCTS OF PT. YKK ZIPPER INDONESIA. From the results whichobtained by calculating the regression equation y = -111.432 + 5.239 x1 + 1.688x2 + (-2.184) effected on sales results (y). Based on the regression coefficientanalysis of x1, it was obtained that value of 5.239 which meant that therelationship of advertising costs (x1) with sales (y) was to increase sales. Theregression coefficient value of x2, it was obtained that 1,688 which meant therelationship of advertising costs (x2) with the sales results (y) was to increasethe sales. As well as the regression coefficient value of x3, it was obtained that-2.184, which meant that the relationship of advertising costs (x3) with sales (y)was to reduce the sale. With a standard deviation sales of 117.558 million, dandthe results estimate the error standard of 60.831.
