摘要：This scientific research will discuss how tomake accountancy report applicationwhich can present profit and loss report.This application provides some additionalitem which can edit transaction data andprint out as the report. The application wasmade by using microsoft access with somelists tables which manipulated by query.The interaction between user, thisapplication fit out with form and report.The profit and loss report which producefrom this application was made accordingto the standart of balance report whichcommonly use in one phase. Thisapplication has been tested and succeed.
