摘要：The development of telecommunications, particularly mobile device so quickly. In the matter of the product, a mobile device with new models popping up every month. Technological capability in creating mobile device flexibility for users to communicate has led to this technology developing so rapidly in terms of number of users as well as the ability of the technology itself. Increasing the capability of mobile devices has enabled the appearance of various new functions in addition to its main functions as a means of communication. Based on the above ideas, this paper discusses the making of an application which can be used on mobile devices. In this case developed a dictionary application for mobile phones (mobile phones), which using this application users can translate words from English into Indonesian or vice versa and also from Japanese to Indonesian or vice versa through their mobile phones.
