摘要：ABSTRACT :Errors in the settings of traffic lights at the intersection can cause congestion.This is in because too many phases are used in traffic lights. The author tries tosolve the traffic light settings is using Graph coloring with Turbo Pascal. Graphcoloring method is a way that gives color to each node in a graph with minimalcolor. This is the number of colors that will represent the phases used in thetraffic light settings. Had the writer can offer an alternative option in the settingsof traffic lights in order to reduce congestion at a crossroads
