摘要：Export is one of the company's activities, because the existence of our exports isto increase foreign exchange. These activities include export procedures with theparts involved. In export activities, there is less possibility of returns, as whenreturn happens, it will arise a record. The purpose of this practical work is tofind out the export procedures and product returns batteries at PT. EnergizerIndonesia by observing the strengths and weaknesses to determine if inaccordance with the existing theory. The results obtained showed that the exportand return procedure of battery at PT. Energizer Indonesia has been going welland every part of it runs properly.
