摘要：This report outlines the principles for good governance in the public sector for national cultural institutions. It recognises that good governance is about performance and conformance; specifically how public servants in cultural institutions take decisions and implement policies. The report defines the parameters under which cultural institutions operate to deliver their core business to their stakeholders while adhering to legislative regulations. Furthermore, it explores the concepts surrounding an optimal governance arrangement for cultural institutions and the challenges current arrangements have on organisational governance and structures to deliver optimal and effective outcomes.Cultural Management Development Program Report
