摘要:O presente artigo, de natureza exploratória, teve como objetivo investigar o papel da formação de uma rede de relacionamentos (capital social) enquanto elemento de sucesso no estabelecimento de parcerias ou alianças de cooperação entre organizações, em especial no sentido da efetivação do princípio de intercooperação entre as organizações cooperativas. Para atender a este objetivo, foram realizadas entrevistas em profundidade com os gestores de seis dentre as dez maiores cooperativas gaúchas. A análise dos dados foi feita qualitativamente à luz do referencial teórico utilizado no estudo, tomando-se como material de análise os documentos que foram disponibilizados e as transcrições das entrevistas. Como resultado, verificou-se a importância das redes de relacionamentos interpessoais (capital social) para a efetivação das ações de cooperação, ao promover credibilidade, segurança e confiabilidade. As entrevistas também revelaram a valorização do princípio da intercooperação, pois grande parte das ações de cooperação estabelecidas pelas organizações cooperativas se dá com outras cooperativas. Estas ações de cooperação promovidas pelas cooperativas têm como principais motivos a complementaridade de objetivos e a melhor utilização das capacidades produtivas, com vistas à melhoria dos resultados econômicos e financeiros.
其他摘要:The present article, of exploratória nature, had as objective to investigate the paper of the formation of a net of relationships (social capital while element of success in the establishment of partnerships or alliances of cooperation between organizations, in special in the direction of the efetivação of the principle of intercooperação between the cooperative organizations. To take care of to this objective, interviews in depth with the managers of six amongst the ten cooperative greaters gauchos had been carried through. The analysis of the data was made qualitatively to the light of the theoretical referencial used in the analysis study, being overcome as material the documents that had been disponibilizados and the transcriptions of the interviews. As result, importance of the nets of interpersonal relationships (capital stock) for the efetivação of the actions of cooperation was verified it, when promoting credibility, security and trustworthiness. The interviews had also disclosed the valuation of the principle of the intercooperação, therefore great part of the actions of cooperation established by the cooperative organizations if gives with other cooperatives. These actions of cooperation promoted by the cooperatives have as main reasons the complementaridade of objectives and the best use of the productive capacities, with sights to the improvement of the economic and financial results.
