摘要:Mudanças profundas estão acontecendo hoje em todas partes e em todos os níveis, em particular nas Organizações, onde estas mudanças são o resultado de rápidos avanços nas Ciências e Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação, bem como do fato de que as organizações estão investindo no seu Capital Humano e Social, porque sabem que são essenciais para desenvolver sua Inteligência e Conhecimento Organizacional. Neste trabalho tratamos principalmente dos avanços relacionados com Redes de Aprendizagem Colaborativa, particularmente no contexto das organizações Brasileiras, e como isto acontece através do desenvolvimento de Comunidades de Aprendizagem. Nossos cases mostram como esse processo de construção de conhecimento organizacional está relacionado, numa forma sistêmica, a estratégias de desenvolvimento e lideranças apropriadas a esse processo, e como este processo termina fornecendo um senso de propósito para estas comunidades.

In particular in Organizations where these changes are due both as a result of fast advances on the Science and Technology of Information and Communication, as well as the fact that Organizations are now investing on Human and Social Capital as they now that they are essential on the new for building up the Organizational Knowledge and Intelligence. On this paper we deal with advances related to Collaborative Network Learning, particularly in the context of Brazilian Organizations, and how this is happening through the development of Learning Communities. Our examples shows how these process of building knowledge bridges and procedures is related in a systemic way to development strategies and appropriate leadership and how this helps to bring meaning to these learning communities.
