摘要：This article re-examines the cuirassed statues of Sessa Aurunca type. I propose including one new sculpture in this group: A ‘Lucius Verus’ colossal cuirassed statue from Seleucia Pieria, which will shed further light on this typology and its use by the Roman emperors.
