摘要：Many different carrier ﬁle formats can be used to pursue steganography, but digital imagesare the most popular because of their frequency over the Internet. In this work a new trans-form domain image steganography method has been proposed which embeds secret messageby modulating adjacent DCT coefﬁcient differences. This approach works for both GrayScale and RGB images in both uncompressed and lossless compressed domain , yieldinga high performance in terms of embedding capacity,imperceptibility and resistivity againstsome of the well-known steganalysis methods.Experimental results demonstrate the effec-tiveness and accuracy of the proposed technique in terms of security of hidden data andvarious image similarity metrics.
