摘要：Luis Ramiro Beltrán is a required reference wherever is a conversation about the relationship between communication and development. In this interview we’ll know the origin of this field through a character that will share with us his profile as a pioneer and his initial experiences in Latin America trying to approach the first definitions of this field and the traits that have to be formed in a professional communicator for social development.
