摘要：The article aims to understand how mediated processes, used by social actors to mediate relations during the planning and execution of festivities, contribute to the construction of local identity. Mediatization refers to communicative processes guided by technical means and with a collective involvement, which delineate the social phenomena today and build the senses. Territorial Identity is a substrate for building recognition devices, through geographical indications or designations of origin, representing a territory.
