摘要：El Gobierno español ha presentado una reforma del Código Civil que introducirá la custodia compartida en nuestra legislación. Este modelo de guarda es excepcionalmente permitido por nuestros tribunales si los padres acuerdan este en situaciones especiales que prueben que la custodia compartida es la mejor elección para beneficiar a los hijos. La nueva legislación no cambiará esta concepción. Quizás introduzca cambios en la visión de los abogados y sus clientes que contemplarán esta nueva posibilidad en sus negociaciones.
其他摘要：The Spanish government has presented a civil code’s reform that will introduce the joint custody in our legislation. That model of guardianship is exceptionally passed by the courts if his or her parents agreed with it in such a special situations that prove that the joint custody is the best election to benefit the children. The new legislation would not change this approach. Perhaps it introduces changes in the vision of the lawyers and his o her customs that contemplate this new possibility in their negotiations.
