摘要：Sexual harassment in the workplace is the main topic of this article, undertaken in response to the need to shed further light on a reality of undeniable interest and relevance that has become a major social problem in the labor market. From the review of the identification, conceptualization and treatment of the phenomenon, we analyse the main definitions of sexual harassment at workplace, confirming that there is no clear consensus. Through the deconstruction of the concept, we identify some of the main elements of the conceptual structure and the positions and limitations of each definition before them, trying to answer some of the methodological questions that arise in research and social intervention on this complex fact.
