摘要:This article is an attempt to undo the discourse of the singer Shakira at the VI Summit of the Americas, in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. With an essentially neoliberal conception of education as a marketable product, the queen of pop convokes entrepreneurs from the region and the world to invest in education because it is a means of combating poverty and there is a quick return on their investments and high profits. Worse still, the value of education for entrepreneurs is the formation of future workers. These proposals are discussed and analyzed.
