摘要:This study has which proposed to analyze elements for pointing as if to give training and the professional intervention of Physical Education as part of leisure. The objective is to present some considerations about the training and professional intervention of Physical Education in the context of leisure. Exists in some of the functions, training, characteristics and scope of the professional intervention. As reasons it was felt that many professionals are lured by lucrative opportunities, was ignoring the important moments of leisure in the search for quality in the lives of individuals and of alternatives to confront the limits socio-cultural and historical. This is a qualitative research, was used as technical literature search and source documents. The aim was to stimulate debate about the training of Physical Education in the context of leisure, overcoming the barriers between theory and practice, working in multidisciplinary teams, trying to break paradigms and alienating meet the demands of society.
