摘要:Abstract Among the most fundamental decisions made by people in the workplace involves whether or not to express their ideas and concerns-or even if it is possible to do so. The situation in which people decide not to express their ideas about organizational problems leads to the phenomenon which Morrison and Milliken have termed “organizational silence” that prevent organizations from hearing their employee's voice and employee choose to withhold their opinions and concerns about organizational problems.
