标题：O RISCO DE TRANSFORMAÇÃO DO CONCEITO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL EM UM NOVO DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROLE IDEOLÓGICO PARA A QUESTÃO AMBIENTAL

摘要：In response to the urgent needs of transformation of the values and human behaviors, in face of the growing disorganization of the biological conditions and cultural life of the planet, certain sections of the international community are pawning to investigate and to debate the conceptual bases of a new social model, as well as your implant strategies starting from a sustainable development. This new conception of development politics, itself appears to be an important proposal of measuring the social environmental crisis, being constituted in a transition process directly to the establishment of a sustainable society, what presupposes an integral reconstruction of the contemporary society. However, the concept of sustainable development takes the serious risk of being turned into an ideological device of social control, in direction of the debate about the resolution of the environmental problem. When the concept is assimilated by the environment speech, in agreement with the interests of the sections that controls politics and economically the social dynamics, the concept of maintainable development ends frequently, exercising the role of an efficient instrument of dissimulation of the structural and contradictory causes, that are responsible for the environmental process of degradation, being just to give new legitimacy for the unsustainable expansion of the model of effective society.
