摘要：The article describes the directions of evaluation of innovative products’ implementation in construction and developer organizations. The author analyzes the effects and offers the criteria for evaluation of efficiency of implementation of an innovative products. It is concluded that this evaluation should include estimation of efficiency of all participants of implementation of an innovative product at all development stages and project implementation during construction and operation of an object, thus the corresponding approach is offered.
