摘要：The Internet gradually becomes an usual way of gathering information and working cooperatively. As a result, it is changing many social settings. Networking technologies also start to stress educational setting, promising new pedagogical scenarios, supported on different kinds of Webbased education (WBE). In this paper, we present a state-of-the-art in WBE and analize the environments potentiality from preliminary guidelines.
