摘要:The discussion about the use of information and communication technology within the educational field must focus upon the pedagogical problem. Before we define which is the best equipment or software to be used, we should ask ourselves: What, effectively, theses technologies, embodied mainly in the computer, bring as an advance qualitatively superior for the teachinglearning process? It is necessary to analyze the transmitter behavior face to the transmission of the contents and the levels of intervention of the student in the reception, production and circulation of knowledge so that we can have a factual idea of such technologies reach in the educational field.
