摘要：Abstract Manufacturing servitization is considered in Europe as one of the important developments in the years to come to allow European industries improving its competitiveness in the market. This paper presents a framework to support manufacturing companies accessing and determining its strategy and objective in a manufacturing servitization project. The framework is elaborated within the frame of a FP7 European Integrated Project ‘MSEE’. Basic concepts and notions relating to the servitization will be first presented. Then various dimensions that constitute the framework will be detailed. The three dimensional framework will be presented and examples to illustrate the use of the framework will be outlined. Conclusions are given in the end of the paper 1.
