摘要：The objective of this paper is to identify within the process of developing a dashboard and specifically the process of selection of performance indicators for a higher education institution, with all the difficulties that may generate the choice of these indicators, and this for a better response to the expectations and the needs of users. The development of a set of indicators of direction seems to be a delicate exercise.
