摘要:The present work is an extract of a survey project conducted in ten secondary schools in both public and private sectors within provincial delegation of Settat.It focuses on how to effectively use institutional work where problematic issues of participative management, governance and organization play a central role in Morocco today.In this framework, we wish to answer three key questions: What is the current state of secondary schools in both public and private sectors? What factors stand against new practices of modernization of pedagogical leadership? (Observation of development constraints of participatory innovations management, organization and governance)Which strategy and authority shall we use in order to efficiently improve the work of administrative team?
