摘要:These last decades have been characterized by significant social changes mainly due to migration and globalization. These changes have not always been considered positive by welcome citizens, causing rejection and racism feelings. To face this social situation, we need professionals, who help us in restoring social patterns according to multiculturalism, such as intercultural mediators. In this article, we present the evidences of a case study on a mediator, closely examining her educational actions, as the basic aspect for the development of a real intercultural education and reflecting on different factors promoting or inhibiting mediation practice.
