摘要：This Research aims to: (i) analyze the people's perception about the reconstruction in Bantul after earth quake; and (ii) analyze the model of reconstruction need by the people as a victim of the earth quake. The data used in this research are primary government for the victim of the earth quake in the early reconstruction plan is quit expected. But when the times run after a few months the people's feel hopeless, because no result of the promise. Even though the people a victim of the earth quake feels hopeless with the government's promise. they hope can build a simple house for living in, and needs to have an economic activities, such as make a small enterprise, ect.keyword : Government, People, Perception, Reconstruction, aid.
