摘要：Stock ownership is a signof ownership or a person or entity within a company orlimited liability company. Form of stock is a piece ofpaper stating that the owner of the paper is the ownerof the company that issued the securities. The portion ofownership is determined by how much equity invested inthe company. An investor who invests in the company willreceive a return on their shares. The higher the earningsper share (EPS) provided the company will give a prettygood return. This will encourage investors to invest evengreater so that the company's stock price will increase.Each prospective investor should look at the EPS levelpartially or simultaneously in determining the appropriateinvestment policy.
